my third week on internship

well in my third week we did not do a lot. bout I will tall you what we did.
well in this week we make a potato gnocchi. I dint really know what is a bout. this thing is potato's and eggs that are put together so we cant make this shape. we used Parmesan cheese and flower and more stuff we served whit tomatoes and other kind of sauce's.

the other thing was peeling apples so we cant make Apple Jude.
sometimes when I get early they put me to clean the area were we work and sometimes I just look what they make and I taste. is really good you see all kind of food that they make there
my dream is to became a chef bout I has to has experience in everything about kitchen

so I has to work really had this internship is not a game because all the day I has to be stand and I not take break because I want to enjoy the macximon of the time.
I see many student work there they from collage and I am like wo wo ...
I for got to tall you the last thing that we make we did id a new pasta this time was green because they put spinach and was really good.
they change the pastas all the time they do different shapes and forms.

My second week in internship

this week I learn more than last.
today I will star whit the first thing that we was making on the busy time.it was call ravioli something related whit pasta too.

this food taste very nice I hope one of you has taste before. this is simple to make it has flower and some of cheese and other ingredient if you come to my house I will make one for you. I just playing.
one last thing that for got to add was the chocolate cake we making this too. I know is allot for you Right. bout every day I put my best effort for learn new skill and does would help in my future Carrier I hope you guys and joy your internship try to do your best. I forgot to said that they accept me to work there so I have a new job they said it was okay because the see my resume that said that I has experience in restaurant so they was like okay you cant doe you will work after your internship. meas that after I finish my regular ours I put my hand in the machine so they cant see that I making my ours and that I have pay.

every week I learn somethings new that I never do in other job.
I hope someday I become a chef.
in this work I don't learn only one thing I learn more than one because there are days that I work for pastry and some for the cook line.

all this kind of work is new for me because I never do something like this in my old job. I really happy to have this internship.

you know all this work look easy bout it doesn't. one of of the reason why I choose this internship was because it help me to plan my future life because if I want to by a chef this is a great opportunity that allow me to learn more about kitchen.

my mentor is a girl and she is Berry nice whit my she always try to tech me even when she is busy. that why she is one of my best mentor

the other skill that has learn in here was when we was doing the pasta I never do this before in my old job. that why I find funny and help fully at the same time.

the other thing that has done was the diferent tipes of pizza- in my old job we make pizza bout not like here they make alot more. that part was very nice for me because I was eating and working at the same time.

the lesson of the story was that you most by prepared for answer questions. you has to by fas in answer question all your life.
